Toyota Receives the 2011 SAE Ralph H. Isbrandt Automotive Safety Engineering Award


Toronto, ON. (Feb. 16, 2013) – Toyota Technical Center (TTC), a division of Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing, North America, Inc. (TEMA) announced today that the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) has selected TTC - Robert Smith, author, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) Shigeki Hayashi, Yuichi Kitagawa and Tsuyoshi Yasuki, co-authors, as the recipients of the 2011 SAE Ralph H. Isbrandt Automotive Safety Engineering Award.
