Tony Kelly

Vice President, Customer Services, Toyota Canada Inc.

A Vice President at Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI), Tony Kelly has been with the organization for almost 25 years. As Vice President, Customer Services, Tony is responsible for several critical areas of Toyota Canada’s operations, including Service Marketing & Retention, Customer Support & Service Operations, and Product Quality & Service Support. Tony is also responsible for Parts Supply and Distribution (including Parts Distribution Centres in Toronto and Vancouver), Vehicle Logistics (including Vehicle Processing Centres in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver), Accessory Development & Marketing and Toyota University.

Prior to joining TCI, Tony worked for Toyota Ireland Ltd. where he honed his skills in a number of technical roles.

Tony holds a diploma in Automotive Technology and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) in Dublin, Ireland.
