Tony Kelly is Vice President, Customer Services at Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI). Tony is responsible for several critical areas of TCI’s operations, including Service Marketing & Retention, Customer Support & Service Operations, and Product Quality & Service Support. Tony is also responsible for Parts Supply and Distribution (including Parts Distribution Centres in Clarington, Ontario, and Vancouver, BC), Vehicle Logistics (including Vehicle Processing Centres in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver), Accessory Development & Marketing, and Toyota University.

 

Tony started his career with Toyota over 40 years ago. Prior to joining TCI in 1991, Tony worked for Toyota Ireland Ltd. where he honed his skills in a number of technical roles.

Tony holds a diploma in Automotive Technology and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology in Dublin, Ireland.
