(TORONTO) – As part of Toyota’s commitment to transparent pricing, new prices are being announced on 9 Toyota models. Revised pricing reflects new specifications changes, new 2009 model year introductions and retaining competitively priced products with the U.S. and Canadian markets.
“In 2008, Toyota was the first full-line automobile company to respond to the market conditions of a rising dollar with new suggested retail pricing, said Stephen Beatty, Managing Director of Toyota Canada Inc. “We continue to monitor the market to offer Canadians the right vehicle, at the right time and at the right price.”
2009 model year Toyota vehicles launching soon include:
Remaining competitive in the North American marketplace, the all-new Canadian-built Corolla launched earlier this year carries a new starting MSRP of $14,835, and an MSRP of $15,975 for the all-new Matrix crossover starting on September 3, 2008.
“Through a combination of price revisions or increased content compared to 2008 models, Toyota once again demonstrates that it is committed to offering Canadian drivers competitive vehicles within the Canadian marketplace,” Mr. Beatty continued. “For Canadians there is no better time to own a Toyota vehicle.”
