TORONTO - (May 26, 2010) - J.D. Power and Associates recently released the results of their 5th annual 2010 Canadian Manufacturer Web Site Evaluation Studysm, which ranks customer satisfaction with their automotive manufacturer website experiences. We are proud to announce that the website ranks highest in the study, while the website placed third.
The results of this study are important because shoppers are becoming more interested in advanced functionality on manufacturer sites, such as the ability to schedule a test drive or complete a credit application. Manufacturer websites are increasingly becoming the first resource for new vehicle shoppers, and it is critical for manufacturers to provide shoppers with an effective site, as it can directly lead to increased traffic in the showroom.
