Many kids dream of designing cars when they grow up… by watching Disney Junior this summer kids can design and decorate their own 2012 Toyota Sienna while their parents have a chance to win one

Toyota Canada, Disney Junior and Bloggers team-up to offer creative kids and their parents Toyota’s newest minivan  
(TORONTO) – In a major on-air television promotion happening now, parents and their children can go online at to customize the award-winning Toyota Sienna using creative elements from their favourite Disney Junior shows. In August, families can watch for their customized Sienna to roll across the screen during popular Disney Junior programs and have a chance to win the grand prize of a 2012 Toyota Sienna.
During the promotion, 10 Disney Junior Mom Bloggers will have the opportunity to road-test the Sienna and blog about their experiences with the cool and stylish minivan, which has won numerous awards and accolades.
The Sienna has been named:
  • 2011 ecoENERGY Vehicle Award winner for the most fuel-efficient minivan
  • “Top Safety Pick” award winner by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS)
  • Top pick in the midsize van category of the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study 
  • Top pick in the Consumer Reports 2011 Auto Issue
  • Best New Minivan in the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) “2011 Canadian Car of the Year” Awards

“This contest is all about kids having fun personalizing their Sienna and for parents, it’s the opportunity to win a vehicle that is about family fun, safety, comfort and convenience,” said Stephen Beatty, Managing Director at Toyota Canada Inc. “The Sienna has received many third-party accolades from safety to reliability and fuel efficiency, but we really can’t wait to hear the real world impressions from Disney Junior Bloggers”.
For this promotion, Disney Junior viewers can visit where, until July 31, kids can decorate a Sienna. Once completed, kids, with their parents, can enter online for a chance to have their “design” profiled on-air during the watch-and-win part of the contest that runs during the first three weeks of August on both the English and French-language Disney Junior networks. Each day between August 1 and 21, a new design, accompanied by the name of the child who submitted it will be aired on Disney Junior during high profile preschool programs such as Mickey Mouse ClubhouseJake and the Never Land Pirates, and Stella and Sam.
When a child and parent see their uniquely designed Sienna on TV, they log on to to enter the date, time, and show where they saw it. They’ll then be entered for a chance to win a new 2012 Toyota Sienna, which will be given away at the end of the contest. The more they spot their design on television, the more they can enter and the more chances they have to win.
