Inspired by the iconic Shinkansen Japanese Bullet Train, Sienna’s SUV-like front end features a bold lower grille and high mounted, wrap-around headlamps. Under the hood, the 2022 Sienna features Toyota’s proven Hybrid Synergy Drive. This self-charging gasoline-electric powertrain that delivers the best of both worlds: impressive power and segment-leading fuel efficiency. Built around a 2.5L Atkinson cycle four-cylinder engine, Sienna’s hybrid heart puts 245 net system horsepower at one’s command. The result is smooth, confident acceleration, ample power, and fewer stops for fill-ups. Front-wheel-drive models achieve a city/highway combined fuel efficiency of 6.5L / 100km, while all-wheel-drive editions provide additional all-weather driving confidence and a combined fuel efficiency of 6.7L / 100km.
Built on the Toyota New Global Architecture platform, Sienna combines a low centre of gravity, well-tuned suspensions, and a rigid body structure to forge a natural connection between the driver, the vehicle, and the road. The 2022 Toyota Sienna LE (starting MSRP: $40,490 FWD; $42,350 AWD) is an eight-passenger model with an impressive bundle of standard features – including power dual sliding side doors, three-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel, a 9” display audio system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, 7 USB ports, 17” alloy wheels, and an electronic parking brake. The AWD model adds the all-weather confidence of electronic on-demand all-wheel-drive. New this year, these models are now equipped with roof rails for an extra touch of style and versatility.
The 2022 Toyota Sienna XLE (starting MSRP: $43,490 FWD) is an eight-person model that builds on the LE trim level, adding Connected Services by Toyota Audio Plus, a power moon roof, kick sensor operation for both the power back door and both sliding side doors, SofTex seat cladding, and four-zone automatic climate control. New this year, this model is now equipped with roof rails for an extra touch of style and versatility.
The 2022 Toyota Sienna Limited (starting MSRP: $58,750 AWD) is a seven-person model featuring electronic on-demand all-wheel-drive plus a generous package of premium features and amenities. These include 18” alloy wheels, Connected Services by Toyota Premium Audio, embedded navigation, a 12-speaker JBL audio system, leather seating, a driver’s seat memory system, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a rear seat entertainment system with wireless headphones, a wireless charging system, premium LED headlamps and tail lamps, LED fog lamps, digital display rear view mirror, wireless charging system for persona electronics, plus the bird’s eye view camera and intelligent clearance sonar system with pedestrian detection and rear cross traffic brake. The 2022 Toyota Sienna XSE (starting MSRP: $46,050 FWD; $48,050 AWD) is a seven-person model immediately recognizable by its more aggressive front and rear fascia. This model features a sport-tuned suspension, premium LED headlamps with black accents, LED tail lamps, power moon roof, roof rails, and kick-sensor operation of the back gate and dual sliding side doors. Inside, drivers will enjoy the eight-speaker display audio system, Connected Services by Toyota Premium Audio with embedded navigation, and the heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel. Seats are clad in unique SofTex sport fabric, front seats are heated, and four-zone independent climate control keeps all occupants comfortable.
