TORONTO, February 6, 2025 – At this month’s Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto, Canadians will get their first opportunity to explore the brand new 2025 Toyota 4Runner – including the first-ever 4Runner built around a high-torque, high-efficiency hybrid powertrain.
The 6th generation 4Runner builds on the legendary SUV’s rock-solid reputation for go-anywhere capability and authenticity, with eight grades tailored to a broad range of lifestyles. These include the first-ever 4Runner Hybrid, built around Toyota’s i-FORCE MAX electrified powertrain, which delivers 326 horsepower and up to 465 lb-ft of torque, plus impressive fuel efficiency. This new vehicle also introduces an all-new Platinum grade, plus the backcountry adventure-focussed Trailhunter grade.
