TORONTO, December 2, 2025 – Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) sales reached an all-time November record with 20,740 units sold, up 12.3% YOY, helped by strong demand for its electrified vehicles.
Camry Hybrid (up 68.9% YOY), Corolla Hybrid (up 109.1% YOY), Prius Prime (up 131.0%), Tacoma Hybrid (up 108.3% YOY), Grand Highlander Hybrid (up 193.1% YOY), Sienna (up 23.3% YOY), Lexus RX Hybrid (up 26.6% YOY), and RX PHEV (up 24.6% YOY) are amongst the electrified nameplates that achieved November sales records.
On a year-to-date basis, TCI sales of electrified vehicles are up 8.3%.
Toyota Division recorded November sales of 18,238 units, up 10.1% YOY, with electrified sales representing 43.1% of all Toyota units sold.
For Toyota Division, strong demand in the sedan segment led the way, once again, for electrified sales. The Toyota Corolla Hybrid set a November record with 847 units sold, up 109.1% YOY, followed by another November record for the Toyota Camry Hybrid with 559 units sold, up 68.9% YOY. Other electrified vehicles setting records in November include the Sienna, seeing a November record since shifting to a Hybrid powertrain, and the Grand Highlander.
Lexus Division November sales were down 0.1% YOY, with 2,502 units sold. Electrified vehicle sales represented 62.6% of overall Lexus sales.
The Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada-made NX and RX lead November sales for Lexus, up by 8.4% and 31.6% YOY respectively.
